Returns & Claims Policy


 1. Wholesale Basis of Supply

Mountain View Global Limited operates strictly on a wholesale basis and supplies approved commercial partners only. All transactions are governed by agreed commercial terms.
 

2. Inspection of Goods

All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be considered where:

  • Goods are defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect items were supplied
  • A written return authorisation has been issued
  • Products must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

4. Authorisation Process

Prior to returning any goods, customers must contact us to obtain written approval. Approved returns may be subject to inspection before credit, replacement, or refund is issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clearance or promotional stock
  • Special-order products
  • Goods damaged after delivery
  • Items not stored in accordance with recommended conditions

6. Limitation of Liability

Mountain View Global Limited’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses.
