All orders are subject to:

• Pricing confirmation
• Credit approval (where applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be amended without prior notice prior to order confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to order fulfilment.

Where payment terms are not specified, payment is due in full prior to dispatch.

Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of supply
• Interest charges in accordance with applicable UK law
• Recovery costs where necessary

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Any shortages or damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.

6. Retention of Title

Title to goods remains with Mountain View Global Limited until full payment has been received for the relevant order.

Until title passes, the buyer must:

• Store goods separately
• Maintain them in satisfactory condition
• Not resell goods outside agreed commercial terms

7. Returns

All returns are subject to prior written authorisation and governed by our Returns & Claims Policy.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mountain View Global Limited’s liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant contract.

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit
• Loss of business or opportunity
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and content displayed on this website remain the property of Mountain View Global Limited unless otherwise stated and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
